Dr. Patel is an active member of the South Asian community in New Jersey, and is an expert in treating families from diverse ethnic backgrounds. She is fluent in Hindi, Gujrati and French – making the visit seamless for those communities.
Dr. Patel is a board-certified Family Physician, who received her medical degree and Family Medicine residency training from the esteemed McGill University in Canada. She maintains the top-most clinical standards by being a member of good standing at The College of Family Physicians of Canada, College des Médecins du Québec, American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Patel received specialized training in the treatment of peripheral vascular disease under Dr. Luis Navarro, the inventor of the mainstay of treatments for varicose veins, at The Vein Treatment Center.
Dr. Patel specializes in preventative care, primary care, vaccinations, physical examinations, testing for sexually transmitted infections, Pap smears and peripheral vascular disease.
