No, the COVID-19 vaccine is no longer mandatory for adjustment of status applicants. This means that Green Card applicants are not required to receive or submit documentation of the COVID-19 vaccine. USCIS will not issue a Request for Evidence (RFE) or deny applications based on the absence of COVID-19 vaccination proof.
