No, the COVID-19 vaccine is no longer mandatory for adjustment of status applicants. Effective January 22, 2025, USCIS has removed the requirement to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination on Form I-693 (Report of Immigration Medical Examination and Vaccination Record). This means that Green Card applicants are not required to receive or submit documentation of the COVID-19 vaccine. USCIS will not issue a Request for Evidence (RFE) or deny applications based on the absence of COVID-19 vaccination proof.
