Kamna Gupta, MD

Dr. Kamna Gupta is a board-certified family medicine physician who practices in both urgent care and hospital medicine. She has cared for patients since 2019 at CityMD, treating all ages and conditions, from minor illnesses and injuries to chest pain and other acute concerns. She also provides chronic disease management, annual exams, and follow-up care.

Since 2022, she has also served as a hospitalist at Peconic Bay Medical Center, part of Northwell Health, where she manages inpatient care, emergency admissions, rapid responses, and discharge planning.

Dr. Gupta earned her medical degree from the American University of Antigua College of Medicine and completed her family medicine residency at Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine at South Shore University Hospital. She was named Resident of the Quarter and received the PGY-3 Certificate of Excellence. Her research on community-based stroke education won first place at the New York State Academy of Family Physicians conference.

She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin.
